Beyonce: The Cover Girl, Next Diddy and Crossover Success?
Beyonce is featured on the Japanese edition of Harpers Bazaar in December.
When Beyonce Knowles first announced the idea of creating an all-girl touring band to support her CD, "B'Day," some folks thought she was crazy. But not her long-time creative director, Kim Burse. She only had two weeks to put it together, but Burse realized right away that she and the rest of Beyonce's creative team had a chance to make history.
Burse and the team rose to the challenge setting up auditions in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago and New York City. More than 1,000 women turned out in the cities for a chance to show their skills on keys, guitar, drums, bass and percussion.

And in other Beyonce news, did anybody catch her performance with country band Sugarland at the American Music Awards on Sunday?
That's one hell of a crossover attempt. Haha. That's about all I have to say about that.
