New Joint: Rihanna "Wait Your Turn"

This is the latest from Rih Rih, directed by Anthony Mandler. This song, written by The-Dream, appears on her new album, "Rated R," which is due out on Nov. 23. Not sure how I feel about the video. It's like Rihanna's gone to the dark side and there's no turning back, like it's a Part 2 for "Run This Town."

What do you think?

Kanye Apologizes for Taylor Swift Mic-Jacking Debacle, Performs with Jay-Z and Rihanna on Leno

How lucky is Jay Leno? I'm pretty sure the opening night for "The Jay Leno Show" got an extra ratings boost, thanks to Kanye West, a day after his infamous a-hole moment at Sunday night's VMAs.

That moment when Leno asked Kanye what his mother would say about his actions was hard to watch. I do feel that Ye is remorseful for what he did. It appears that he is somewhat of a tortured soul, still dealing with the loss of his mom while understanding the power of his celebrity. Either way, Kanye was wrong for snubbing Taylor Swift like that.

Here's Yeezy, Jay-Z and Rihanna christening Leno's stage with "Run This Town."

LAPD Officers Placed on Leave for Their Possible Involvement in Battered Rihanna Photo Leak

Two Los Angeles Police Department officers have been placed on paid administrative leave, following an investigation into how the photos of a battered Rihanna got into the hands of gossip Web site, TMZ.com.

The L.A. Times reports that the night before the Grammy Awards in February, Rihanna argued with her then-boyfriend Chris Brown, who bit, punched and choked the singer in a rented Lamborghini in the Hancock Park area of L.A., leaving her bruised and bloodied.

One of the officers, identified by sources as Rebecca M. Reyes, is a nine-year veteran of the department and was last assigned to the Wilshire Division. The other, Blanca Lopez, is a rookie officer with the Hollenbeck Division and was a housemate of Reyes, according to sources.

Donald Etra, the attorney for Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, said Thursday that he was pleased that police had gotten to the bottom of the case. He said that no victim should have to worry about such photographs being leaked. He also noted that his client had “nothing but praise for the LAPD.”

Rihanna Poses for Vogue Italia

Rih Rih looks pretty fierce, in a Grace Jones sort of way, in this spread for Vogue Italia. These are just a few of my faves. See more photos at NecoleBitchie.com.

Update: Chris Brown Sentenced to 5 Years Probation, Other Violent Incidents Surface

It's no surprise that The L.A. Times is reporting that the "incident" with pop princess Rihanna very well may not be the first.

While Chris, 20, earlier today was sentenced to five years of probation and must perform six months of labor for the February beating of his ex-girlfriend, there are claims that two previous violent incidents transpired but were not reported. The first incident allegedly occurred about three months earlier, in Europe, when the pair were in a verbal altercation. Rihanna slapped him, which then prompted Chris to shove her into a wall.

Three weeks before the February incident, Chris and Rihanna were in Barbados, driving a Range Rover lent to them by a local dealership when they had an argument inside the car. The singer then got out and broke both the front driver and passenger side windows. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, did not appear in court today.

Let's hope that Chris has learned an important lesson through all this. The boy obviously has a temper, and it took one time for it to escalate for it to come to light.

Premeire: Jay-Z feat. Rihanna and Kanye West "Run This Town"

The video for Jay-Z's "Run This Town" was supposed to hit the airwaves tomorrow. But Mr. World Premiere got his hands on the masterpiece, which debuted on MTV Germany today.

I'm really feeling that whole angry mob vibe. I think it's a nice change of pace from a typical music video. It goes against the grain, in a good way.

Sneak Peek: Another Look at Jay-Z feat. Rihanna and Kanye West "Run This Town"

Can they just premiere the video already? I'm anxious to see what they're cooking up. Listening to this song on the radio over the weekend, I've decided that Rihanna really is a formidable singer. Maybe I'm late in noticing, but lately, she's been showing that she is worthy of the accolades. What do ya'll think?
