Chris Brown Issues an Apology for "The Incident"

After laying hands on pop princess Rihanna in February and his acquittal in "the incident," down and out R&B singer Chris Brown has given a sincere apology to his fans, and more importantly, Rihanna. Let's hope many take this as a lesson learned and do not make the same mistake Chris made.

"I have let a lot of people down, and I realize that. And no one is more disappointed in me than I am."
