Going clubbing out in Hollywood is often a random, memory-making experience. Such was the case last night (Friday, Oct. 16), when a few friends and I on a whim decided to go to Halo, at Cahuenga Boulevard and Hollywood Boulevard, to let our hair down.
Unbeknownst to us, it was the Common and Maxwell Official After Party. And by "hosted by Common," the promoters meant Lonnie would come out and say, "What's up LA?," shake a few hands and grace the crowd with his face for five hot minutes. For a fan like me, that was enough, especially since I was expecting him not to show.
