According to his manager, Nate Dogg is paralyzed on the left side of his body following a stroke.
Nate's rep Rod McGrew told MTV.com that although Nate is paralyzed on the left side of his body, he did not suffer any brain or voice damage.
"Time will tell everything, obviously. The doctor can only guess what the outcome will be," McGrew said. "But based on situations with similar people his age, and based on his health, the prognosis is good right now."
McGrew went on to say that Nate has "neural-muscular issues that have to be jump-started."
Nate Dogg was admitted to a hospital Dec. 19.
Man, I hope Nate Dogg gets better. That's horrible. At least his brain and voice are okay, so he can still make those hits. We'll be praying for you, big homie.
