"It's a Queens thing, baby!" Happy Birthday, LL! Man, that feels kinda weird. He's getting up there. But for a 40 year old, he looks damn good. Touted as Def Jam's first solo success, LL Cool J (whose government name is Todd Smith) has many hits under his belt, including (but not limited to) "Mama Said Knock You Out," "Loungin'," "Hey Lover," "I'm Going Back to Cali," "I'm Bad" and "4, 3, 2, 1."
