R&B group Pretty Ricky are searching for a new member to replace the departing Pleasure.
The group tells MTV.com that they are actively searching for Pleasure's replacement but they have some specific qualifications they're looking for:
"We want to stay true to the sound," Baby Blue explained. "We're a hip-hop and R&B group. The three of us rap, and the fourth member has to be a singer just to keep the music consistent."
Pleasure (the only one with an ounce of talent) has left the group fold to pursue a solo deal with Atlantic Records.
"There wasn't any creative difference," Baby Blue said to MTV News. "Because we're a family. Growing up, you get older and want to see what else is out there. It doesn't mean you're leaving your family; it's just exploring other opportunities. We gonna be there and support him 110 percent."
The group, who hope to have a new album turned into Atlantic by February, are shopping a reality series based on their search for a new member to various networks.
