The custody battle between Whitney Houston and her former flame, Bobby Brown, is getting heated. According to People.com, Bobby Brown filed papers last month accusing Houston of shutting him out their 14-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina's life.
In the papers, Brown says, "Since Whitney has been awarded sole legal and physical custody of Bobbi Kris, she has attempted to alienate me from Bobbi Kris' life."
Brown goes on to claim that Houston has not allowed him to see his daughter since early June, despite the fact that he was virtually homeless because of his attempts to connect with his daughter. "I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobby Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab ... I basically lived out of my car," he said.
In response, Houston filed a declaration to the court placing the blame on Brown's shoulders, saying he is "almost totally uninvolved in taking care of Bobbi Kristina." She also goes on to accuse her ex-husband of attempting to get child or spousal support from her, even though he is capable of earning his own income.
In May, Brown filed a lawsuit against Houston asking for spousal support, child support and shared custody of their daughter.
